At junior high school we intensify the reading habits with literature activities that encourage students to become curious and critical readers.
Values are one of our fundamental pillars of our educational philosophy. Our institutional values are learned through daily application during curricular classes, assignments and homework. Within our academic program we reinforce the integral formation through values and citizenship.
For Cambridge School of Monterrey it is not only important educating with values but also to understand the current environment of our society. Therefore it is essential for our students to know the historical and global context of the various civilizations that have existed throughout our time. Our commitment to promote ethical and global awareness is strengthened through study of the subjects of history and geography.
An integral approach of education is designed through complementary activities such as music and physical education. Students in music classes discover basic music theory. Students may also participate in a chorus ensemble.
Students also participate in physical education in which they participate in activities where movement and coordination is involved.
Family is vital for all our students. At Cambridge students constantly interact with their family members, especially with their parents and grandparents.
