Junior High School

Training the Leaders of the Future

The commitment of our Junior High School is to achieve our graduate profile. It is also essential to meet the highest standards according to the requirements of the most important high schools of Monterrey. Therefore, we seek to expand and strengthen intellectual curiosity where active and responsible participation is necessary for a globalized environment.

Students learn to work with an interdisciplinary curriculum where research, analysis and practice build critical thinking. Problem solving is applied in everyday at junior high school. We believe that our future leaders need to have strong skills in subjects like: Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science.

Multicultural Environment

Students must be prepared to compete in a globalized world where ideas should be expressed efficiently and correctly. Therefore, the institution promotes the proper use of the languages such as Spanish, English and French. This must be manifested through skills such as reading comprehension, information analysis, oral and written expression. These skills should be expressed naturally among the 3 languages .

At junior high school we intensify the reading habits with literature activities that encourage students to become curious and critical readers.

Global Ethics and Consciousness

Values are one of our fundamental pillars of our educational philosophy. Our institutional values are learned through daily application during curricular classes, assignments and homework. Within our academic program we reinforce the integral formation through values and citizenship.

For Cambridge School of Monterrey it is not only important educating with values but also to understand the current environment of our society. Therefore it is essential for our students to know the historical and global context of the various civilizations that have existed throughout our time. Our commitment to promote ethical and global awareness is strengthened through study of the subjects of history and geography.

Integral Education

An integral approach of education is designed through complementary activities such as music and physical education. Students in music classes discover basic music theory. Students may also participate in a chorus ensemble.

Students also participate in physical education in which they participate in activities where movement and coordination is involved.

Family Events

Family is vital for all our students. At Cambridge students constantly interact with their family members, especially with their parents and grandparents.
